The National Audit Office's December 2020 DSAB summary identifies IBM as maintainer of Semaphore, a legacy system for analysing advance passenger information supplied by carriers 1. Figure 1 distinguishes it from the planned Advance Border Control replacement. This entry records the supplier role at the report date.
