Emirates Terminal 3 biometric passenger processing

In operation Status as of 26 October 2020 · Funding type: Not published

Emirates announced an operating biometric path at Dubai Terminal 3 on 23 October 2020, covering selected check-in desks, immigration gates, lounge access and boarding gates. The airline identified the immigration Smart Tunnel as a GDRFA collaboration. 1 Vision-Box's release three days later identified its Orchestra platform and a long-term agreement. It said the first phase had been delivered at Concourse B, with expansion planned. This entry records that supplier contract, not an award for every Dubai immigration gate. Neither release publishes the contract price, precise term or retention schedule. 2
