Central border-control system CCAF
Awarded
Sopra Steria announced selection of its consortium with IDEMIA to design, build, deploy, maintain and update France's central border-control system, CCAF 1. The announcement planned deployment during 2021 and connected the programme to a then-expected European Entry/Exit System launch in 2022. Those were forecasts, not evidence that either timetable was met. This entry concerns France's national system, not the separate eu-LISA central contracts. The opened release gives no price, signed date, service term, detailed data provisions or independent acceptance finding. Later delivery remains unconfirmed.
