Integrated security and immigration management system
Awarded
The DRC Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Transport signed a public-private partnership with Securiport for an integrated security and immigration system at airports, border posts and ports 1. Leaked excerpts reported by Ecofin Agency in November 2025 show a USD 30 fee per international air passenger, paid into a joint account and split 85% to Securiport and 15% to the state 1. Ownership of the system passes to the state at the end of the contract. The government said the fee was already in ticket prices and is partly redirected from other agencies 1.
